Vincent, now a underworld resident of Midgar returns three years after Final Fantasy VII's end to battle a group of soldiers threatening Midgar's very existance.

  Little is known about this mysterious woman except that she is a merciless fighter and a killing machine who aligns herself with the Deep Ground Soldiers.

  Cait Sith (pronounced Ket Shee) is truly a cat that controls a stuffed moogle that he revived. There's so little that is known about him but that we know that he can't be trusted.

  Cait returns as a lead player in Dirge of Cerberus.

  Shown only recently, this character has not yet been named.  Considering the oriental covering and choice of weapon, we suspect this character may be Yuffie, the young materia hunting girl from FFVII.

  Formally the Head of Urban Development in Shinra, Reeve controlled Cait Sith in the original Final Fantasy VII. In DoC, however, Reeve is the leader of the WRO (World Restoration Organization). Considering he was Head of Urban Development, it seems like Reeve is the perfect man to the leader of the WRO.

  Only recently introduced, Azul’s character, and his role in the game is a complete mystery. However, a magazine scan has revealed that he is connected with Vincent. The same magazine scan also revealed that Azul wields a giant ‘tank turret’. Azul also plays a role in Before Crisis.
